*Gi size will be determined once the student's height and weight have been confirmed by the Guara team.

Full body workout

The constant movement, ground fighting and position control engage almost every muscle group, improving strength, flexibility and endurance.

Cardiovascular healt

Rolling (sparring) provides an intense cardio workout, strengthening heart health and endurance.

Functional strength

You develop strength useful in everyday life – grip, core, hips and joint control – because Jiu-Jitsu relies on leverage and technique rather than brute strength.

Weight Loss and Body Composition

Regular training burns a lot of calories, helps you lose fat and build lean muscle mass.

Improved coordination and mobility

All these transitions and escapes refine motor skills, balance and body awareness.
